Are you fully insured?
Yes. DJ Elentra is fully insured with Commercial General Liability and Professional Liability coverage. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for venues, hotels, corporate events, military installations, and private event requirements. Current coverage: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate for both. Higher coverage limits can be arranged upon request.
Can we review or approve the playlist before the event?
Absolutely. Every event begins with understanding your vision, audience, and musical preferences. I create a customized playlist designed specifically for your event, and by request you'll have the opportunity to review it, request changes, and ensure everything reflects the atmosphere you're looking for before your event begins.
Do you provide professional sound systems?
Yes. I coordinate and provide professional sound systems tailored to your event's size, venue, and technical requirements. For larger productions or venues with specialized requirements, I work with trusted production partners to ensure the right equipment is in place before your event.
Can you coordinate with our venue, planner, or event team?
Absolutely. I work directly with venues, event planners, coordinators, and other vendors to ensure everyone is aligned before the event begins. My background as a PMP® Certified Project Manager allows me to approach every event with organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Do you travel outside San Diego?
Yes. I'm based in San Diego and available for events throughout Southern California and nationwide. Travel requirements are discussed during planning and customized based on your event location, venue, and production needs.
